Anisha

Founder, Chief Designer

With 18 years in engineering, including over a decade in color science, Anisha brings a distinct lens to textile design. Her early fascination with color, shaped by a childhood immersed in the arts, evolved into a career in imaging and camera systems, working at the intersection of light and perception. She now reimagines traditional Indian craft through a contemporary approach to color, material, and form. She founded Arthyaa alongside her mother to honor their shared heritage and a lifelong connection to creating with hands and heart.

Manu

Head of Production, Lead Designer

Anisha’s mother and lifelong mentor, Manu brings over 25 years of experience in tailoring, fabric sourcing, and garment construction. As the sole designer for her boutique, she specialized in traditional Indian clothing for weddings and special occasions. After years of teaching sewing and design to other women, she now leads production at Arthyaa.

Paula

Brand & Creative Director

As Arthyaa’s creative lead, Paula brings over a decade of experience in visual storytelling and a deep instinct for translating feeling into form. Originating from Brazil, she draws from a rich cross-cultural lens—infusing the brand with bold colors, vibrant energy, and a playful sense of joy. Her background in industrial design grounds her work in clarity and craft, shaping a visual identity that is expressive, cohesive, and alive.

Ravinder Prasad

“I grew up watching my mother, aunts, and other women in my family create this art during festivals like Debuthan. I learned slowly—starting on walls, then paper, and now on clothing. To me, this work is a national treasure. I want to share it with more people so we can keep it alive. When I decorate something, it brings me joy to see my skill, my art, come to life.”
