1. About Arthyaa

Arthyaa is an India-based luxury fashion brand offering handcrafted garments, accessories, and related products. All pieces are created in limited quantities with artisanal techniques.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your country of residence.

3. Products & Availability

• All products are handmade, and small variations in color, texture, pattern, or finish are natural and part of the charm and authenticity of artisanal work.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Images on the website are for reference. Actual colors may vary depending on your device’s display settings.

4. Pricing & Currency

• Prices are listed in USD.
• International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees and import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted through our website only.
• Payment is processed securely via PayPal and Razorpay (Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted cards).
• Your payment details are handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

6. Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location.
• Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.
• Made-to-order, made-to-measure, and heavily embroidered pieces can take 3 to 6 weeks to ship.
• Bespoke garments take approximately 8 to 12 weeks from order placement, depending on design complexity and fabric availability.
• Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for regular sizing products only, within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
• Returns are free only when the error is ours, for example if the wrong item is shipped or there is a manufacturing defect. In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• To request a return or exchange, email admin@arthyaa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates unless stated otherwise and are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. If you follow a link to another website, their terms and privacy policy apply.
