We want you to love your Arthyaa piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window

• We accept returns for regular sizing products within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

2. What Can’t Be Returned

• Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are final sale, as they’re made just for you.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the error is ours (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), return shipping is free.
• In all other cases, the customer covers return shipping.

4. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at admin@arthyaa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to package and send your item back.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color (where available), please let us know when you contact us.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. International Orders

For customers outside India, please note that return shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Customs fees paid at import are non-refundable.
